How to Jump Higher

 
 

One of the most simple things you can do make your dream of jumping higher into reality is to make a small preparation and plan ahead. Before going off to do all the exercises, it would be better to write down

How many days in a week you will be doing exercises
What exercises you will do
How much minimum time you can spend daily
At what time of the day you will be more effective


Just keep a small notebook and note all these things down. Though these steps look unnecessary but they are highly effective. They will force you towards success and you will realize the usefulness of it in the long run.

One more thing that you can do is use a simple tabular column like this

Date   Day            Exercise                           Time taken
1          mon          warm up, jumping rope                        30 min       
2          tue             warm up, stair case                               40 min       
3         wed            rest                                                                                     


Keep it as simple as possible otherwise it will look like a daunting task.

Simple, you can refer this to see what exercises you did and when you did. Accordingly you can plan further and  make any changes in your routine.
