To use visualization in a correct way is to just imagine everything positively. That's it. I know its simple to say but difficult to put into practice. But it is well worth the effort.

Find a nice, calm place without any disturbance. Close your eyes and imagine the jump you want to make. Think clearly. Try to get the feeling inside you and make it as real as you can. Then go on repeating high jumps in your mind. Also do the exercises like warmup, skipping, and all those things visually which will help to jump higher.

One more thing that you can do is watch some best high jumping videos and imagine yourself in that position. Imagine how nice it will be if it is you in those places. This will give some positive motivation. Replay this in your mind again and again.
